Mediocre Stay Near Piazza della Signoria
malfunctioning ac mouldy shower
The hotel's location was excellent, placing me within easy walking distance of all the major attractions.
I was quite disappointed by the AC. It kept malfunctioning , and I found myself freezing in my room most of the time. It. The shower was also mouldy.

The staff was friendly and helpful. the location was excellent. It made sightseeing very easy. my room was quiet (i appreciated that). the beds were very comfortable.
The air conditioning was not consistent. the auto feature did not work well. the turndown service was not thorough. There were crumbs left near the coffee machine. the room was quite hot (even in october).

fresh ingredients convenient location
i loved the breakfasts. i appreciated the fresh ingredients used, and i also enjoyed having breakfast overlooking the plaza signoria, it was magnificent! the location was amazing. it made exploring nearby attractions very convenient.
the lift was quite small. it sometimes took a little while to get from the room to the lobby.
